Requires PACER account
Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from federal appellate, district and bankruptcy courts. PACER is provided by the federal Judiciary and provides an index to cases in the individual courts’ electronic CM/ECF (Case Management / Electronic Case Filing) databases.
The PACER system is generally tedious to use and doesn’t provide the advanced searching and monitoring features that business-bankruptcies.com provides.
For detailed case information, business-bankruptcies.com provides links to the specific court’s CM/ECF system. PACER and the individual court’s CM/ECF systems charge per page of information; you will need to register here to open a billing account
